Wow! I’m absolutely in awe of the plethora of amazingly beautiful/ fresh/ modern/ cleanly-designed prints found on Sonnenzimmer’s website. Sonnenzimmer is a graphic arts studio based in Chicago, which was founded in 2006 when Nicholas Butcher and Nadine Nakanishi merged their painting studios and acquired some reasonably priced screen printing equipment. The couple has been pushing the boundaries of print making ever since, melding abstraction, modernism, and minimalism, and taking gig posters to a breathtaking artistic level.
