Tatsuro Kiuchi

I’m really into these illustrations by Tatsuro Kiuchi. The texture is just incredible. They almost remind me of screen prints. Tatsuro is a Japanese illustrator and art professor at Aoyamajuku who was originally in college studying biology and then switched over to art and design. Tatsuro has since illustrated children’s books with several publishers in the US and Japan, and has also branched out into editorial work for magazines, book jacket illustrations and advertising.
